6 Yogas of Naropa Teachings with Lama Jampa

May 28, 2016 @ 10:00 am - May 29, 2016 @ 5:00 pm

(This event has been postponed)

Lama Jampa offers a weekend course consisting of introductions, talks and transmissions around the 6 Trulkor Yogas. These constitute a transmission from Mahasiddha Naropa to Marpa, thence to Milarepa and so on.

They have influenced several traditions within Tibetan Buddhism and form a fundamental part of the Six Yogas of Naropa. Two forms of Vase Breathing will be introduced to develop Tummo – the foundation of an understanding of the Six Yogas.

A continuation of the teaching embarked on in Lama’s October 2015 course – you need not have attended before to appreciate these. The Weekend teachings on the “6 Yogas of Naropa” is now open to new participants, though you need to have some experience or practice involving yoga, meditation or Tibetan Buddhist lineage. The week day classes are open to all.

Lama Jampa will also be offering one-to-one consultations while he is here.
