Tibetan Trulkor Yoga

Trulkor exercises are part of the secret Yogic tradition of the Shakya monasteries of Western Tibet. The wheel of relaxation to increase health and vital energy. This ancient practice explores subtle levels of energy to release emotional blockages, bringing one to a better understanding of the body on deeper levels.

We can therefore say that the practice of Trulkor serves to eliminate the psycho-physical suffering that results from these confused mental states. The experience of liberation is immediately visible on the physical level, because the body begins to move with greater ease and freedom, immediately showing how the mind and body are closely united; it is commonly said that the mind is the architect and the body is the architect’s language.

This class will be a great opportunity for those who have practised Trulkor to come and review as well as for new people to come and experience the wonderful benefits of Tibetan yoga, and is open to all levels of experience.

A puja will be offered after the class and all are welcome to stay for this.
