Zen Essence Yoga Saturday Workshop
Lead teacher of Zen Essence Yoga, Aniko Nagy, will be offering a unique 2.5hrs Yoga Workshop at Orassy, or / via Zoom (see below for further details).
This is an opportunity to go inwards, deepen your yoga practice, transform heaviness caused by the current global pandemic and make peace with yourself and the world around you.
Join Aniko for this uplifting experience during 2.5 hours either from your home or In Person at “Orassy Academy”.
What will be covered:
This workshop will be a further study of Zen Essence Yoga perfect for those who have joined classes already with Aniko as prior experience of Yoga is recommended.
-Observe what is holding you back at present?
-This workshop may assist in relieving old patterns and identifying these patterns.
-Why develop a personal practice?
-Sharing ways in which your practice can develop more fully.
-How your practice applies to daily life/Understanding Universal principles of movement and their application to daily life.
-Have more time for introspection, questions and answers.
-A time to share with fellow yogis, go deeper, experience and evolve.
Time: 11am – 1.30pm. The day will include a short break where we can share tea in person or online together and at the end of the workshop.

N.B. Please confirm in advance if you will attend In Person so we can prepare the space accordingly. We cannot accept last minute In Person attendees. (There is a possibility the entire workshop may be held online as the 25th of July is the 1st day venues will open again to the Public for group activities).
