Revitalise yourself on a perfect 10-day island adventure with a beautiful and international guild of adventurers from around the World, as the Northern hemisphere falls into seasonal Wintry slumber.
Our international group will gather on the island of Bali on the 13th of January 2020 for the beginning of a truly life changing process of self-discovery. The journey includes evolved Yoga practices, incredible sunfoods and powerful energy practices at fantastic Buddhist sacred sites.
Flying on to Java on the 16th January, we will continue our expedition to one of the great wonders of the world, the temple of Borobudur. The voyage entails one of the most beautiful settings in Asia, the sun, palms, soft golden beaches and close, joyous, heart-expanding company with fellow vitality agents from around the world. Combine this with a great chance to get to know yourself a little better and you will probably experience a slice of paradise.
On the 23rd of January we will fly back to Bali for a beautiful final-night party, dancing into the tropical fragrant dusk.
A short list of possible activities that you will be able to partake in include
- Yoga practice / Self Healing in the mornings.
- Visits to scared sites including Borobudur temple
- Excursions to hot springs, volcanic beaches, National wildlife park or Zoo, cultural tourism and crafting villages – including Batik and pottery, tradtional mask making, coffee plantations, Monkey Forest, shopping, swimming with Dolphins and more!

The Life encounter Journey this year guided me into a deeper understanding of the spaces we find ourselves in, seeing life through life’s eyes and accepting all as it is.
