Our studio is inspiring, and very versatile as a space, providing a light, bright and modern setting for a variety of functions. Perfect to hire for dance rehearsals, casting sessions, acting coaching, yoga and pilates. Our smaller rooms are ideal for small group sessions or one to one sessions with clients and has an ensuite bathroom and Jacuzzi opposite. The studio has great transport links and is located right next to Westferry DLR Station.
Therapy room hire (20/30 Standing – 8/15 Seated)
£22.00 per hour for Room 1 (small room)
£27.50 per hour for room 2 (large room)
Studio (80 Standing/40 Seated)
£45 per hour teaching rate
£60 per hour standard rate
£500 weekend hire (No staff included. Please contact us for staff fees.)
£400 full day studio (No staff included. Please contact us for staff fees.)
£200 for 4 hours
Eagle’s Nest (Cosy Double Room above Studio)
£50 per night including a light breakfast upon request and guests to vacate by 10am.
*Deposit – 50% deposit to hold booking. Full payment is required two weeks prior to use of space.
*Please respect our much loved facilities. Failure to leave the space as you found it will result in a £50 penalty.
