As part of Movement Mastery, Emergence incorporates elements of Zen Essence Yoga, Free movement and sound/chanting. These additions add new dimension to the practice, open up deeper levels of self and offer insight into your current practice.
We invite to you take part in a 6 week course at Orassy on Mondays 7-8.30pm from 5th of October. It will be led by Aniko Nagy, Experienced Yoga Instructor.
All levels and an open mind are welcome.
