Self-Healing

Next week Friday 24th July 7 – 8.30pm BST, Konstantin Pavlidis will host a NgalSO Self-Healing, as taught by the late Lama Gangchen Rinpoche (lineage holder of this Practice). We offer this “Self-care Journey” to support both new & old students of Self-Healing, which enables us to cultivate inner peace whilst contributing to the collective consciousness 🧘♀️✨
N.B. Ngal relates to Darkness and SO is about going to the Light = NgalSO is an inner yogic scientific method, that requires regular experimentation-participation to produce results. This can develop and bring one to personal freedom, Self-liberation & Enlightenment ✨
