This weekend workshop is the third in the series of Life Managements. Here You will learn what are ego, mind and consciousness and how they are related. Through not only talks and lectures but through your own exploration. You will understand how our sensations differ in contact with each of them and how this affects us. You will have a chance to experience each of those concepts from outside of conceptual mind, giving you a true and unfiltered experience to build your foundation on needed for your further developments.

On Saturday, we will observe the nature of the ego together and then we will make special meditative and breathing practices that will help us to get in touch with the deep layers of the subconscious, and also understand the nature of the mind.

On Sunday we will integrate the results and begin to work with consciousness. This is the third key that will change your perception of yourself.
