A journey to Self Discovery and Mastery
As part of Movement Mastery, Emergence incorporates elements of Zen Essence Yoga, Free movement and sound/chanting. These additions add new dimension to the practice, open up deeper levels of self and offer insight into your current practice.
We invite to you take part in our 6 week course beginning at Orassy on Monday 18th of March. There will be no class on Easter Monday 22nd of April and the course will conglyde the following week. It will be led by Aniko Nagy, Experienced Yoga Instructor.
