You will have a chance to experience and participate in what will be both creative and healing experience as we explore through sound and movement meditation. There are two parts to the evening, the first is Movement and Sound , the second is an opportunity to socialize with like minded people. These sessions are very popular so advanced booking is recommended as spaces are limited.
