A journey to Self Discovery and Mastery
As part of Movement Mastery, Emergence incorporates elements of Zen Essence Yoga, Free movement and sound/chanting. These additions add new dimension to the practice, open up deeper levels of self and offer insight into your current practice.
We invite to you take part in our 6 week course beginning at Orassy on Monday 10th of September. It will be led by Aniko Nagy, Experienced Yoga Instructor.
